SHIPPING POLICY

Some shifting and settling will occur during shipping. We will pack it with care and do as much as we can to protect it on its journey.

Any product that needs extra packaging will have that included in the cost of the product. That way we can keep shipping cost down.

Gift wrapping is NOT available with shipped items because we cannot guarantee that the product will be protected.

No refunds or returns on any of our products. We cannot resale any of our product once it has left the store.

If product has come badly damaged during shipment we will need DETAILED pictures of the product and packaging. All cases will vary.
